What kind of projects do you take on?
Full-stack web applications, e-commerce platforms, custom ERP/CRM systems, and design systems. Most of our clients are Hong Kong SMEs with 3–50 employees.
How do you price projects?
Fixed-price for well-scoped projects, retainer for ongoing maintenance. Typical engagements range from $5K–$20K HKD for a marketing site to $20K–$80K HKD for a custom platform.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Yes. We frequently audit, refactor, and extend existing projects. We also rescue stalled projects and migrate legacy systems.
What's the typical timeline?
A marketing site: 2–4 weeks. A custom platform: 6–12 weeks. We ship iteratively. You see progress every sprint.
